Other Provincial/Territorial and National Sport Body Initiatives
ASCWA works with our sport and recreation partners to increase Aboriginal involvement from the smaller communities in all NWT sport programs. Our organization contributes to this initiative by partnering with Sport North on programs such as KidSport™ and NCCP; by providing financial resources to all NWT communities through the Mackenzie Recreation Association and Beaufort Delta Sahtu Recreation Association and providing sport development camps at the community level.
