Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) is proud to support CKLB and the Native Communications Society of the NWT to produce and transmit radio programming that reflects the Aboriginal cultures, languages and traditions of the Northwest Territories.

 

Through our Strategic Investments in Northern Economic Development (SINED) program, the Department is pleased to have provided funding for technological improvements including equipment upgrades, studio redesign and the purchase of five transmitters - and for the development of audio streaming software which allows people from around the world to listen to CKLB online.
