The Native Communications Society of the NWT is a non-profit charitable society that operates CKLB radio and produces 26 television episodes of ‘Our Dene Elders’ that are aired nationally on APTN each year. Our radio transmitters are in 30 NWT communities, two diamond mines, and Meander River, Alberta. Our mandate is to provide programming in five Dene languages and English, to assist in the preservation and promotion of Aboriginal cultures, and to bring all northerners together through media. Please help us to provide this essential service by donating to the Native Communications Society of the NWT.
